Job description and responsibilities :
This position oversees the production planning (including material, part supply, and manpower) and operation of a metal products assembly line for high end baby strollers;
The key objective is to organize the line through proper resource planning and motivate the line personnel such that the products are assembled on time, meeting both cost and quality standards;
The assembly process involves plastic, textile and metal parts manufactured by the Company or outsourced, and the process requires very accurate procedures and stringent product standards;
The job entails detailed planning, organizing and mobilizing of materials, parts and human resources, and making implementation of product safety and quality standards through a vigorous quality control procedure;
Position requirements:
With a mechanical engineering education and 10 years of experience in the metal products assembly products, will be involved on selecting, training, work scheduling and supervision of the production workers through their supervisors and team leaders.
Must have very good writing and verbal skills in both Chinese and English. He should be very experienced in usage of resources planning and engineering software, and have good communication and people management skills
