Responsibilities:

1.Product development
A.Handle & follow-up product development project activities according to schedule & specifications set by management & report the progress/ problem to the Engg. Supervisor
B.Prepare 2D & 3D design drawings on components & products according to design inputs for design analysis & rectification
C.Coordinate & follow –up prototypes making, testing, evaluation against product specifications
D.Coordinate & follow –up with mold making, mold trial out samples evaluation, mold rectifications, samples evaluation & approval

2.Product specification verification & safety approval
A.Prepare engg. / pilot run samples & coordinate with QC for endurance test against product specification
B.Prepare engg. samples & documents for product safety approval
C.Draft technical documents, BOM, testing specifications to Engg. Supervisor to check and approved by Engg. & Quality Assurance Manager

3.Follow-up with internal departments, Engg. Supervisor to perform production pilot run and product design fine tune to get production release from customer


Requirements:

1. Holder of degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in product developmen
3. Good knowledge of using 2D & 3D CAD software, Catia V5 knowledge preferrable
4. Familar with plastic part design & molding technology
5. English or German speaking
