Requirements:
1.Diploma / Degree holder in operations management, supply chain / Purchasing, or related disciplines or high school with at least 5 year experience in supply chain / Logistics
大学专科、本科学历,运营管理,供应链/采购等相关专业,5+年供应链/物流工作经验;
2.Able to work under pressure, self-motivated, responsible, careful, hardworking and independent
能够承受工作压力,有上进心,有责任感,细心,勤奋和独立;
3.Excellent team work player, organization, planning and communication skills
优秀的团队合作精神、组织、计划和沟通能力;
4.Able to communicate clearly with key vendor and communicate well with internal departments
具有与供应商和内部部门清晰、有效的沟通能力;
5.Able to work under pressure in compressed timeframes
能在高强度的时间压力下工作;
6.Good command of English and Chinese communication
良好的英语和汉语沟通能力;
7.Good knowledge of Office application & ERP skills

Job Descriptions:
1.Monitor and review production planning and forecasting.
跟进和检查生产计划与预测.
2.Attend & coordinate conventions, support marketing and handle adhoc duties.
参加协调相关会议,协助市场处理随即事件.
3.Prepare Purchase Orders to suppliers upon receipt of Purchase Orders from agents/overseas offices. Need to ensure all documentations were received before preparing Purchase Order.
根据来自客人和海外公司收到的订单准备采购订单给供应商,准备采购订单前要确保已收到所有文件和信息.
4.Execute supply planning and inventory controlling; drive committed capacity and fulfillment
执行供应计划和库存控制,执行和跟进承诺的生产能力的履行.
5.Ensure planning and forecast accuracies for supplies and production process
提供准确的需求计划给供应商安排生产;
6.To check rates for air/LCL/FCL (on standard price list) or as per quotation to ensure rates are accurate for ad hoc shipments.

7.Handle order processing and import/export shipment arrangements.
处理订单和进口/出口货物安排.
8.To invoice relevant offices according to their Purchase Order .
根据采购订单安排发票;
9.Verify all suppliers/freight forwarders/courier invoices.

10.To ensure shipments are compiled to Incoterm

11.To coordinate with Suppliers and follow up on deliveries to customers, warehouse

12.Request for freight quotes from freight forwarder as and when required to ensure the rates were competitive

13.Respond to stock availability as requested by all relevant departments/clients

14.Consolidate all confirmed orders in project list.
整合所有确认订单.
15.Prepare Commercial Invoice and Packing Lists for packing goods in warehouse.

16.Arrange freight forwarders regarding goods delivery for non-standard list items.

17.Co-ordinate with clients and inform them of delivery status for all confirmed orders.
