Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the integrated Supply Chain from customer demand forecast until shipping or VMI call off, of which including but not limited in below:

Customer service: rolling forecast and PO management; demand fulfillment; daily communication / report to customers' functional interface like global supply manager; master and regional planer; etc.

Planning: global capacity planning; daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly shipping&production planning, of which including (semi)finish good production and packing plan; also workshop scheduling or cell planning when necessary.

Materials management: direct material requisition planning and receive scheduling; inventory control; shop floor materials replenish and consumption control; E&O materials control; and pipeline materials balance control.

Sourcing and purchasing: direct/indirect materials and equipment/machinery sourcing, purchasing and procurement; as well as subcontractor manufacturing and service sourcing; local supplier developing and purchase cost saving leader.

. warehouse management: oversee several warehouse facilities's daily operation, of which including RM, semi-FG, FG before packing and after packing warehouse; probably central control warehouse which serve several production facilities.

Stock taking and deviation management: regularly organize physical stock taking; sync with finance to analysis deviation root cause; drive corrective and preventive action taking to assure materials balance in whole pipeline.

Logistic&custom management: incoming/outgoing/internal among facilities logistic approach optimization with cost saving solution chasing; China Custom A grade certification getting and keeping; lean supply chain driving.

General requirements:

10+ yrs solid experience in big volume industries, prefer roll/sheet materials cutting industries like shoe and garment.

10+ years sound experience in PMC, or supply chain of which recently 5+ years as a Supply Chain Manager

Excellent English writing and speaking

Very good excel and presentation skills

Management know-how and hand on experience through whole supply chain from demand until shipping

In depth MRP, EMS system principle and implementation experience

Results orientation with full ownership of job done

Mature, aggressive and hungry to make things happen

Team player with strong leadership
