·Coordinates factories to develop/build shoes for review in HQs USA, from the stages of prototype, line-close, salesman samples, model fit sample and confirmation samples.

·Follow up and ensure all products are developed according to the design and specification requirements set out by HQs USA

·Work closely with factories to develop the Timberland standard sample shoes.

·Assist in the development and implementation of new technologies for Timberland shoes.

·Ensure good quality of sample shoes and meet the completion dates as required.

·Supervise team Developers to ensure the weekly report submitted in a timely manner.

·Be able to work with colleagues from multicultural background and remain close working relationship with colleagues from HQs in USA.

Required Professional Qualification:

·Experience in technical footwear process including production knowledge.

·Good spoken and written English skills.

·Good communication, team work and management skills.

·Have business acumen, mature, self-motivated and independent.

·Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

·Proactive in problem solving and analytical skills.
