Position Description

Purpose of the Position:

Responsible for starting up molding production follow IMM allocation plan and support molding production on daily technical problem solving.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

- To install molds and start up machine. 30%

- Support production on problem solving related to technical part.20%

- Participant improvement projects or activities. 10%

- Monitor molding process and records.10%

- IMM maintenance and records need to be conducted by technician 10%

- Support new transfer project. 10%.

- Other specific tasks signed by direct manager. 10%

Immediate Supervisor: Technician supervisor, Based in Wujiang China.

Education & Experience

- High school or technical school and above.

- 5 years experience in molding production technician position

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of molding process.

- Good knowledge of molding machine and auxiliary equipments.

- Good knowledge of mold.

- With certification of using crane.

- Mold installation and IMM start up skill.

Desired Skills

- With operation experience on Toyo injection molding machine.

- Problem Solving and Analytical skills like good knowledge of quality tools like QC 7 tools, SPC.

- Graduated from technical school and majored in plastics &mold

Soft Skills

- Good learning capability.

- Good planning skill.

- Attitude : Honest , proactive , team work ,hands on .
