Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Make production daily /weekly plan base on long term production plan and material inventory, maintenance plan.
- Weekly update production capacity with main effects from DL or process related change.
- Key in production order into ERP system
- To follow up production order finishing status by attending daily meeting.
- Prioritize manufacturing issue in daily production meeting to eliminate or reduce impact on delivery schedule.
- Make outsource plan and co-ordinate with related function.
- Tracking product release status and follow up with quality to make sure on time product delivery.
- To support engineer on NPI project transfer and ramp up plan.
- Interface with buyer and material planner on local short lead time supplied material delivery.
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager.

Education & Experience
- Junior college or above
- 3 years experience in molding production industry.

Required Skills
- With good understanding on injection molding production.
- Good listening skills for fully understanding customers requirements.
- Well know ERP system regarding to production and material planning parts.
- Good at production planning.

Desired Skills
- With experience of using PeopleSoft and/or SAP systems.
- With good English skill in read and written.

Soft Skills
- Good communication skill to interact effectively with colleagues and other supporting function.
- Good read and written English skills.
- Sense of urgency and creativity to handle production issues and adapt plan to meet objectives.
- Good planning skill.
- Good skill in using software like office2003, special for excel.
