Job Duties:
? Assist subordinate Compliance functions to discharge their compliance responsibilities, including:
? advisory of regulatory and internal compliance requirement;
? licensing;
? regulatory reporting;
? implementation of Group procedures, guidelines and training programmes.
? Assist subordinate Compliance functions in fostering good relationship with regulators;
? Assist and give guidance to subordinate Compliance functions in conducting compliance monitoring and review;
? Co-ordinate special requirement from local authorities, including surveys, reports and inspections;
? Co-ordinate the operation of subordinate Compliance functions to maintain consistency in standards and processes;
? Assist in enhancing the professional knowledge and experience of the personnel of subordinate Compliance functions;


？ 协助下属执行合规职能，以履行合规责任，包括：
？ 监管机构和内部合规要求的咨询；
？ 营业许可证；
？ 监管报告；
？ 行内程序，指导和培训计划的支持；
？ 协助下属促进与监管机构的良好关系；
？ 协助并且引导下属关于合规范畴的监察和审查工作；
？ 协调当地监管机构的其他特殊要求，包括：调查，报告和检查；
？ 协调下属在合规范畴的运作以实现与标注和流程的一致性；
？ 协助提高下属在合规范畴的专业知识和经验


？ 本科学历以上；
？ 英文良好听说读写能力；
？ 对银行内部合规情况有了解，做过银行内部风险工作或柜台工作者优先考虑；
？ 从四大审计所做过银行审计项目者优先考虑
