职位描述
Purpose for the Job
1.To be in charge of the quality assurance department and responsible for the management of all ISO 9001 related activities.
2.To be accountable for quality claims and for coordination with the respective departments and to transact corrective measures for quality improvements.
3.To issue and direct QA strategies and plans by means of related procedures and instruction framework.
Principal Accountabilities
1.To ensure quality effectiveness of product, process, design, marketing, sales, service and material related activities.
2.To issue documents related to quality and quality system.
3.To guide process control and adjustment, inspection and testing.
4.To plan and conduct system audit (internal and external, customer audits), evaluate and implement system improvement, to prepare summary report.
5.To arrange and conduct necessary quality related training for all the staffs in the company.
6.To coordinate the handling of customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
7.To issue CPAR and monitor the implementation and follow up of complex cases.
8.To conduct QS monitoring, e.g. Q Metrics, KPIs.
9.To prepare monthly report on all QA related activities.
10.To update and re-formulate the ISO 9001 regulations.
General SHEQ Accountabilities
1.Conducting tasks delegated by the company’s SHEQ team.
2.Ensure following of the company’s Management System, defining/following up of corrective and preventative actions within defined responsibilities.
Area of experience: more than 2 years Chemical industry related experience, more than 2 years ISO/QA mgt experience, English speaker.
