Accountabilities/主要职责

Support Trade Marketing Manager to develop trade initiatives
1. Support trade marketing manager to achieve cross functional alignments
2. Routine promotion / design agency communication and follow up based on ITM needs
Support TMK manager to lead development of channel strategies and standards
1. Provide / collect market data and execution result to support formulating of channel strategies and standards in terms of range, promotion, merchandising, D&A etc.
Trade Marketing routine operation support
1. Track the POSM/Premium status
2. Source the premium on internet according to ITM calendar
3. Contact potential vendors of the confirmed premium for the real samples and first quotation for TM team
4. Data consolidation and display photo collection for ITM promotion
5. Scan the quarterly Hygiene reports

· University degree
· Have a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams with large web of stakeholders
· Some sales experiences
· Experiences with FMCG multi-national companies
· Have a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams with large wed of stakeholders
· Willing and able to do frequent traveling
· Inspire passion in growing brand and winning in market place
· Ability to work with different people and exert good organization impact with confidence
· Results oriented. Self-motivated. Takes initiative with a “can do” attitude.
· Executive maturity with potential for further development within PepsiCo.
· Logical thinking capability and systematic analytical ability
Strong communication skill ( in English and Mandarin )
