Principal Accountabilities:

1. Routine interaction with external counterparties in customer service.
2. Handle domestic train/truck/bulk/container operation & Prepare related shipping documentation.
3. To assist in administering and execute contracts.
4. Liaise with traders/customers to ensure smooth execution of trades and participate in customer solutions projects.

Essential Requirements:

1. Colleague degree holder or equivalent experience.
2. Food Distribution knowledge/experience is a plus.
3. Experience or in depth knowledge in customer service and communication skill.
4. Working experience in relevant company for customer service position.
5. Ability to negotiate & coordinate with outside companies on service needs
6. Ability to write detailed, concise recaps/reports
7. Proven team player with good people skills
8. Must be self motivated and possesses a 'can do' attitude
9. Able to communicate effectively in English and in Chinese Mandarin(speaking, reading, writing skills)
10. Preferably with some knowledge of commodities trading
