Major Responsibilities

Warehouse Management

· Domestic warehouse KPI setup with warehouse leader

· Domestic warehouse process improvement with warehouse operations

· Domestic warehouse cost reduction with warehouse activities

· Domestic warehouse new model constructions as a test site

· 3PL warehouse management (bonded warehouse)

· 3PL warehouse contract & quotes review & management

Local transportation management

· Local transportation cost reduction and delivery efficiency improvement

· Transportation supplier contract and quotation management

· Finding out any creative logistics solutions if needed

· Customer delivery quality continuous improvement

Import Management

· Import forwarder management including service contract / cost / quotation

· Bonded warehouse (3PL) receiving management

· Work closely with 3PL warehouse for any import receiving issues or requirement

Export Management

· Export forwarder management including service contract / cost / quotation

· Bonded warehouse shipment management

· Internal communications with overseas customer service representative

· External communications with local supplier as SGS for shipment inspection

Key Competencies

· Bachelor degree in engineering or business.

· Good English both oral and written

· At least 5 years experience in warehouse management including experience in the bonded Free trade zone.

· Experienced in the daily management of staff and workload

· 2-3 years Management experience in logistic area, and familiar with plant operation.

Team Management

· Logistics staff structure optimization and re-organization

· Staff training for technical improvement to challenge new tasks

· Staff development for promotion and personal career improvement
