Job Responsibility

1. Contribute to the ongoing development of the Company’s Social Compliance Strategy, providing input and advice direct from the supply base;
2. Ensure the Company’s social compliance requirements are clearly communicated throughout the supply base and to raise awareness about the importance of social compliance and how it should be approached;
3. Conduct training with suppliers to improve overall performance;
4. Manage the audit program in the region namely communications, audit scheduling, execution and rating and assist suppliers in the closing out of non-compliances;
5. Support remediation and capacity building at strategic factories;
6. Perform regular and oversight audits based on the company’s code of conduct, local laws and international standards;
7. Conduct on site verification of factory’s Corrective Action Plan (CAP);
8. Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Job Qualification

1. Degree educated or equivalent previous experience;
2. 3-5 years’ experience in social compliance, factory audit and remediation;
3. Knowledge of SA8000, ISO14001; Lean Manufacturing is prefer;
4. Broad knowledge of social and ethical issues both local and global;
5. High responsibility, self motivated;
6. Engaging & influential communication/negotiation skill;
7. Effective training skills and the ability to communicate to suppliers key concepts and detailed training material;
8. Keen observation, analysis and deciding ability;
9. Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics;
10. Good appreciation of cultural diversity differences;
11. Excellent team work and working well under pressure;
12. Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
13. Good command of written and oral English;
14. Travel is essential.
