Requirements:

1.Experience in managing the project team for tax and audit engagement;

2.Knowledge of both China and international accounting standard, e.g. US GAAP and IFRS;

3.Knowledge in practical tax and accounting matters for Foreign Invested Enterprises in China ;

4.Well experienced in financial due diligence review and may lead up a team with full responsibility of the project;

5.Excellent reporting skill in English and can supervise other reports of the team;

6.3 years above audit/tax experience in international accounting, tax / auditing firm or large multinational company;

7.Bachelor degree or above in accounting / CPA preferred;

8.Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)

9.Proficient in MS Office and willing to travel

10.Dependable, accurate, effective problem solving skills, good team player

11.A self starter, willing to work flexible hours, able to meet deadline and work under pressure
