POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- 管理区域办事处的销售团队
- 负责代理渠道商和零售客户的管理
- 负责日常的零售商渠道商的管理及合作。
- 对新的渠道及零售售商提供销售支持
- 帮助渠道及零售商提高潜在销售业绩
- 管理渠道商的订单及发票。
- 管理销售，供货协调。
- 管理采购，销售，存货
- 负责业务运营管理
- 收集市场及竞争对手相关信息
- 计划和组织下属相关工作
- 向总部汇报月计划及结果
- 根据公司规划设置部门目标
- 为团队主管编写业务报告
- 有解决商务问题的能力
- 完成总部相关日常工作
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 本科以上学历，条件优秀者可放宽至大专
- 有管理团队的经验
- 至少8年以上的相关汽车轮胎销售经验，至少6年以上在大型公司担任区域经理或主管经验。
- 优秀的沟通技巧和人际交往能力

What we need:
Due to expansion, we are currently seeking highly driven individuals to act as Recruitment Researchers/Talent Finders to help our clients recruit top caliber executives for their organizations. Working as a Recruitment Researcher/Talent Finder, located in either Shanghai or Beijing, (we have vacancies in both locations) the role encompasses working as part of a dedicated team comprising both Consultants and Researchers who are responsible for finding, evaluating and short listing candidates to fill exciting employment opportunities with our established client base.
What we want:
We are looking for ambitious individuals who are capable of delivering a high quality service to multinational clients. Applicants should be educated to degree level. Experience within recruitment, telesales or market research would be advantageous. A proven track record of ambition and achievement, self-confidence and good business acumen are essential.
