Position Description

Purpose of the Position:
Responsible for starting up molding production follow IMM allocation plan and support molding production on daily technical problem solving.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
To install molds and start up machine. 30%
Support production on problem solving related to technical part.20%
Participant improvement projects or activities. 10%
Monitor molding process and records.10%
IMM maintenance and records need to be conducted by technician 10%
Support new transfer project. 10%.
Other specific tasks signed by direct manager. 10%

Reporting Structure:
Immediate Supervisor: Technician supervisor, Based in Wujiang China.


Education & Experience
High school or technical school and above.
5 years experience in molding production technician position.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of molding process.
Good knowledge of molding machine and auxiliary equipments.
Good knowledge of mold.
With certification of using crane.
Mold installation and IMM start up skill.

Desired Skills
With operation experience on Toyo injection molding machine.
Problem Solving and Analytical skills like good knowledge of quality tools like QC 7 tools, SPC.
Graduated from technical school and majored in plastics &mold

Soft Skills
Good learning capability.
Good planning skill.
Attitude : Honest , proactive , team work ,hands on .
