Day to Day Responsibilities:
* Routine facility and production equipment performance monitoring and data recording
厂务设施和生产设备的日常运营监控和数据记录
* Routine facility and production equipment troubleshooting and repair
厂务设施和生产设备的日常故障处理和修复
* Routine facility and production equipment preventive maintenance
厂务设施和生产设备的日常预防性保养维护
* Spare parts and tools management including storage, purchase and maintenance
备件和工具的日常管理（库存，采购和维护）
* Coordination with related department for supporting on housekeeping, security and administration services
与相关部门配合支持清洁，保安及行政等相关服务工作
* Vendor coordination and accompany for external services on facility and production equipment
协调和陪伴外部供应商进行厂务设施和生产设备的维护服务
* Escalate issues to proper level to reach resolution
将问题汇报给相关级别负责人以获得解决方案
* Finish the work orders assigned by supervisor
完成主管安排的工作指令



Project involved with:
* Required support on related equipment performance (safety, reliability, efficiency and etc.) improvement projects through PEx including Kaizen, DMAIC, etc.
通过卓越绩效方法支持设备性能提高项目（安全，可靠性，效率等）
* Required support on energy saving projects implementation
支持节能项目的实施
* Required supports to any projects for new product, equipment or process implementation
支持新产品，新设备及新工艺项目的实施
* Required support on facility overhaul project
支持厂务设施大修项目



Reporting Structure:
Immediate Supervisor: Plant Engineering Manager




Education & Experience
* College degree major in mechanical, electricity or facility related
* 3 years experience in manufacturing - injection molding industry related preferred




Required Skills
* Deep mechanical and electrical hands on skills
* Document processing in computer skill
* Certification on electrical (高压进网电工证), boiler and/or elevator




Desired Skills
* Understanding of injection molding machines/auxiliaries, automation and material feeding system
* Understanding of building, power, HVAC, air compressor, process cooling water and/or fire fighting system
* Basic knowledge of CMMS (such as TabWare)
* Understanding of 5S




Soft Skills
* Sense of safety and environmental protection
* Sense of quality and service
* Sense of responsibility and able to work over time when required
* Team work spirit
* Problem solving and analytical skills
