Job Accountabilities / 工作职责:

？ Check all payment requests and assure they are under company policy and regulations in China.
？ Do bookkeeping in accounting system accurately.
？ Prepare accrual and prepayment allocation.
？ Do monthly closing.
？ Prepare financial reports both to management and outsides users.
？ Prepare financial analysis between plan and actual figures.
？ Manage fixed assets and assure the record and depreciation are accurate.
？ Prepare tax filing and tax related jobs.
？ Keep all accounting files.
？ Main contact person in finance department.
？ Keep good relationship with tax beau, banks and other government agencies.
？ Do cashier jobs for the time being before a cashier is hired
？ Other ad hoc assignment.

Job Qualifications and Experience / 工作经验及要求：

？ Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance major.
？ Fluent Oral English and Chinese expression
？ At least 4 years of working experience including at least 1 year experience in a multi-national company
？ Familiar with at least one kind of ERP or accounting system.
？ Good at Excel, Word and PPT.
？ Good communication skills both in English and Chinese; CET-6 or above.
