You should have experience working together with structural engineers on PCBA fitting and sizing issues and you should also have experience working together with software engineers on firmware debugging issues.

Job responsibilities:

1.Manage the development of multiple digital video products, mostly security applications.

2.Ensure product meets client pricing and functional requirements

3.Understand and work together with suppliers to solve technical problems that arise during product development

Skills & Experiences required:
需要的技能&经验：
1.Early experience on PCBA repairs line or early experience in a PCBA SMT workshop.
早期有在PCBA修理线及SMT工厂的工作经验。
2.Later work experience as a Production Engineer specializing in EE related issues, coordinating and developing SOP for hand-soldering and production-line PCBA testing
擅长电子工程相关的大货电子相关经验，整合与开发手焊及生产线PCBA测试的经验.
3.Experienced in layout or schematics, preferably with PADS and Or CAD software.
有PADS或者CAD的布板或者制图经验.
4.Experience in working under tight deadlines or in managing the work delivered by others

5.Experience in designing the digital video products is preferred.
有在数码影视产品设计经验者优先
6.Experience working with a foreign company is a plus

7.Good English reading skills required; good written skills a plus but not required.
