职位描述
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Check all documents for goods receiving or shipping, especially on specification, quantity
- Book goods receiving or shipping in system
- Follow up and improve related receiving or shipping procedures and process and reduce lead time
- Timely feedback goods status to stakeholders and off-site inventory cycle count
- Match invoice, purchase order and goods receiving note
- Related reports and plan on goods receiving or shipping
- Organize transportations and manage 3rd party logistics service provider
Project involved with:
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve customer delivery performance and inventory accuracy
- Review current business processes and identify areas of improvement.Implement for efficiencies and improvement.
- Lead the understanding and use of Performance Excellence tools and methodology in the logistics operations.
Education & Experience
Required
- College degree or above, supply chain, logistics or international trade major preferred
- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in multinational corporation
- Experience and knowledge of supply chain systems such as warehousing, distribution and inventory management
Desired - Experience related to a distribution center warehouse.
- Experience with global manufacturing and business through work or project experience.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
- Proficient PC skills, especially on Excel and other office softwares
- Strong understanding of supply chain, warehouse and transportation management concepts, processes, systems, tools and metrics
- ERP Systems knowledge
- Understand and apply warehouse and inventory control procedures in accordance with company policy
- Strong problem solving skills including working effectively across functions and locations
- Ability to set and communicate priorities and work in a dynamic business environment
- Conflict management
- Process management
- Strong listening skills
- Organized and able to multi-task
Desired Skills
- Experience with Peoplesoft or comparable Supply Chain/Logistics systems
- CRM understanding
