JOB SUMMARY

· Responsible for valve spring design definition according to company's development standard, industrialization concept , costs and quality targets

· Technical representative valve spring in VS team

· Responsible for the design technical release according custumers requirements and company's standards

· Lead valve spring DFMEA activities

· Contribute actively to PFMEA and control plan update with production and quality team

· Lead product and process validation tests activities to ensure customer technical specifications are full filled

· Lead the complete development activities at customer until SOP to assure the timely start of production, according to customer planning, cost and quality targets

· Technical representative for valve springs at customers

· Contribute to the acquisition of new business (A Target and B Target)

· Close relationship with Engineering OEM′s (to be involved in early dev. Phase)

· Support localization projects

· Represent company Taicang internally in project teams for projects planned to be manufactured by company Taicang and assure the internal coordination between development teams (quality, production, purchase ,logistic)

· Work / cooperate with Company Headquarter





AUTHORITY AND RESPONSIBILITY


· Responsible of valve spring design:

o development according to customers requirements and company standards

o Monitor/support supplier validation and customer validation plan

o Monitor technical aspects of product development in order to detect in advance any potential issue related to manufacturing process or quality

o Coordinate activities between development teams and production plant

o Assure the communication with customer

· For localization activities requiring complex validation and release process with customers, support these activities as per project management procedures

· Lead bench –market activities.

· Assist the global sales team in quotation process by providing necessary information for offer preparation

· Contribute to improve market knowledge [technical requirements, competition, trends..]
