岗位职责:
1. 确保系统的技术要求完全符合客户和业务需求；
2. 验证系统特性及识别系统和解决方案的瓶颈；
3. 分析和验证三方产品；
4. 参与产品需求分析并提出测试策略；
5. 准备测试规范，执行测试用例，发出故障报告并跟踪故障报告状态；
6. 参加客户现场验收活动并故障排除发现的问题；
7. 作为测试案例的接触界面，在外部审查/讨论中起到代表作用，包括客户讨论和演示；
8. 促进过程发展和完善，包括确定和设计/开发测试工具。

1. Ensure the technical requirement on the system fulfilled according to customer and business needs;
2. Verify system characteristics and identify the bottleneck of the system and solution;
3. Analyze and verify third party products;
4. Participate in product requirement analysis and propose test strategy;
5. Prepare test specification, execute test case, issue Trouble Reports and follow up Trouble Report status;
6. Participate on site customer acceptance activities and do troubleshooting on the found problems;
7. Act as contact interface regarding test issues, represent in external review/discussion, including customer discussion and presentation;
8. Contribute in process development and improvement, including identifying and designing/developing test tools.


任职资格:
1. 计算机科学、通信、电子电气专业本科或硕士学位，且具有相关领域3年以上工作经验；
2. 熟悉UNIX/LINUX平台及其管理，UNIX/LINUX脚本和工具；
3. 熟悉软件测试方法和工具，特别是自动化测试；
4. 具有UNIX平台下Oracle DB经验者优先考虑；
5. 了解通信（GSM/GPRS和WCDMA系统）OSS者优先考虑；
6. 具有通过验证活动来确保软件产品质量的工作热情；
7. 能够独立工作，好相处并且具有很强的团队精神；
8. 能够很快地学习新技术并应用到实际工作中去；
9. 创新技术和解决方案的思考能力；
10. 开放的态度，并愿意接受任何挑战；
11. 良好的英语沟通能力（听说读写），能够清晰地表达个人思想。

1. University Bachelor or Master Degree in any of the following majors: Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering with more than Three years experience in related field is required;
2. Familiar with UNIX/LINUX platform and its administration, UNIX/LINUX script and tools;
3. Familiar with Software testing methods and tools, especially automation test;
4. Experience on Oracle DB for UNIX platform is an advantage;
5. Knowledge of Telecommunications (GSM/GPRS and WCDMA systems) OSS is an advantage;
6. Have the passion to secure software product quality via verification activities;
7. Can work independently, easy to work with and strong team work spirit;
8. Ability to learn new technology quickly and apply to work tasks;
9. Innovative and solution thinking abilities;
10. Open minded and willing to take any challenge;
11. Good English communication skills (both in written and verbal), able to express own thinking clearly.
