This engineer will be responsible
for applying general process engineering principles and procedures to
control and optimize the Plating processes. They will conduct
independent investigations, analyze results, make recommendations, and
implement authorized changes related to improvements in materials or
processes. This engineer will also be expected to identify process
problems and to initiate corrective actions. At times it will be
necessary that studies and experiments be conducted at the direction of
others and appropriate data or other results reported. The person will
be responsible for supervising one or more technical aides in the
assigned areas of responsibility.




Job Requirement:


1.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent;


2.minimum 3 years in Chemical Engineering or Material Engineering ;


3.Must be able to communicate in both verbal and written formats of English.


4.Computer skills are required in word
processing, spreadsheet utilization, graphic presentation of data,
and statistical data analysis.


5.The individual will be required to write reports, organize and present technical programs to management and peers.


6.Statistical skills are required and the ability to utilize most if not all of the following:


a.Normal, poisson, binomial, and chi-square distributions,.


b.Confidence intervals,


c.Significance tests,


d.Anova.


7.TS/ISO knowledge is required, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA and FMEA.


8.Design of experiments skills is also highly desirable.
