Position Overview:
Enhance on high quality services focus on SAP system operation & warehouse management, with timely, efficiency and providing accuracy information to minimize customer complaints.

Key Outcomes:
- 100% production order fulfillment with 0 quality issue e.g. over/short/wrong shipped
- Full compliance to SOP
- Meet 100% KPI for HP requirements

Position Accountabilities:

- SAP system operations according to clients manufacture order
- Warehouse cycle count following SOP
- Ensure the accuracy of system transactions and documents creation
- Work closely with operations to meet customers' requirements and solve daily operational issues
- Track and trace orders where necessary, i.e. critical orders, delayed orders etc. and communicate progress internally and to customers
- Receive and process special requirements or instructions from the clients
- Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management

Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:
- Diploma in Logistics or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 years related working experience in logistics or manufacture field, better have experience in SAP
- Fluent of spoken and written English, Mandarin
- Willing to work for 12 hours per shift with day & night in turn
- Computer literate in Word and Excel
