This position will report to China CFO.

Key responsibilities:

- Assist with China CFO to develop and implement China financial strategy, accounting policies, projects, and systems based on company policy and China GAAP requirement to control the financial assets and provide complete & accurate financial information and records, as well as consultation to regions on financial matters

- Lead regional finance manager to ensure financial transaction, policies, systems and procedures meet business objectives and comply with SOx control system and compliance (policies, accounting principles and standards)

- Implement proper treasury controls in line with company policies

- Approver of treasury currency requests and coordination of cash pool

- Lead treasury projects with service centralization and concur

- Support to corporate tax projects including deferred tax and US tax filing requirements.

- Implement balance sheet review process and manage financial reports & regulatory financial reports within China operations to ensure they have been accurately prepared, present findings and recommendations to China CFO.

- Follow data processing and collecting procedures and provide support to regional financial manager/controller on yearly planning process

- Consultation with the regions on internal control matters and coordination with Corp accounting on all SOx and Compliance & statutory audits

- Main contact for D&T for all audit matters and assist to provide action plan after issue finding and follow up the execution

- Plan, organize and coordinate finance meetings and trainings

- Keeper of HFM hyperion mappings

- Assist in transfer pricing studies

- RHQ accounting coordination including billing of RHQ charges

Qualification:

- Degree in Finance and Accounting

- A professional accounting designation in China or US

- Have previous working experience with US multi-national corporation

- Excellent written English with good oral English

- Working knowledge and/or good understanding of US GAAP

- Working knowledge in treasury and tax

- Working knowledge in ERP system preferred with Oracle, QAD and Ufida system

- Can work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong leadership, influence and communication skill

- Willing to make short travel within the region
