1. 了解新产品开发的质量策划和过程策划；

Know about the quality and process planning for the new projects.

2. 负责新产品工装、样件的设计、开发、制造和样件跟踪；

Responsible for the design, development and preparation of the new fixture and prototype, following the prototype.

3. 制定设备的日常维护保养计划并执行；

Prepare the maintenance planning for the fixture and implementation.

4. 新项目设备的操作指导；Training the operator of the new fixture.

5. 负责新设备开发使用过程中的维护，维修，调整使设备处于良好状态；

Responsible for the maintenance and service of the new fixture during development, adjust and ensure good status of the new fixture.

6. 负责自主开发的生产设备、工装模具的管理工作；

Responsible for the management of production fixture, jig and mold developed by ourselves.

7. 确保产品顺利投产，给相关人员提供量产前的培训；

Ensure a smooth transition to the SOP for new project, training all related people before mass production.

8. 预安装工装设备的先期策划以及后期维护保养支持;

Pre-assembly fixture planning in advance and maintenance support in later phase.

9. 挤塑工装设备的先期策划以及后期维护保养支持;

Extrusion fixture planning in advance and maintenance support in later phase.

10. 挤塑机械手工装设备的先期策划以及后期维护保养支持;

Extrusion robot fixture planning in advance and maintenance support in later phase.

11. 对已量产的产品提供有效及时的技术支持；

Giving efficient and on-time support to the mass production line.

Job Requirements工作要求

-Education学历:本科 Bachelor

- Language语言: CET-4以上或相当水平 Above CET-4

- Computer skill计算机技能:常用办公软件AUTO CAD. Skilled in use of MS Office, AUTO CAD, etc.

- Work experience工作经验: 二年以上汽车零部件行业工作经验，有较强的动手能力及设备开发制造

经验.2+ years manufacturing work experience, with experience in auto area.

Has the strong practical ability and with experiences for the equipment developing.

- Others to be specified其他:了解ISO9000或其它类似质量体系 Be familiar with TS16949 system.

- Familiar with PLC
