职位描述
Our client is one of the world leaders in the logistics industry. To cope with their expansion plans, they are now searching for a dynamic individual with professionalism in Supply Chain of Dangerous Goods to lead their Operations Team in Nanjing.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and accomplish the business objectives
- Recruit, select and training the talents hence providing educational and development support within a strong local culture
- Design, plan, implement & monitor the operational plans & supply chain solutions
- Develop & drive a culture of continuous improvement in HSSE to best in class standards
- Ensure all warehousing & distribution operational activities, processes and systems within the site comply with the company's contractual and service standard obligations
- Respond to all customer requests and responsible for the follow-up of complex inquiries
- Manage contract obligation
- Cost control responsibilities
- Ensure the handling process of dangerous goods / hazard chemical goods
Requirements:
- Degree or above graduates in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Chemical Studies or relevant field
- 6 years or above working experience within chemical supply chain/operation, preferably with manufacturing/ factory production management background
- Well versed in the handling process of dangerous goods
- Knowledge in quality & process management
- Knowledge in HSSE will be highly preferred
- Experience in Sales/ Business Development
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both English and Putonghua
- Knowledge in MS Office Suite
- Strong communication skills at various levels
