Senior Strategic Commodity Analyst:


? Develop a material strategy to drive for geographic balanced and multi-sourcing plan
? Maintain, develop and optimize supply base for lower Total Cost of Ownership through ways such as business award/allocation and etc.
? Supplier Sustainability Management – conduct supplier survey, environmental & CSR audits, supplier performance reviews
? Supply Chain Analysis and Risk Identification & Mitigation
? Advanced supplier capacity planning
? Product Line Roadmap alignments – drive for supplier technical competence to cope with future developments
? Market Intelligence
? Drive for alternative source qualifications
? Early project involvement from design in stage – new supplier & material preparations
? Establish a strong BCM plan, highly alerted from any events that can affect material supply short or mid/long term
? Suppliers and sub-level materials diversification
? Train and coach junior team member in Strategic Commodity Management team
