Responsibilities:

1. Work with the engineering teams and the global NPO team to define performance matrix for all the critical project and program in SanDisk Shanghai
2. Develop and implement NPI holistic strategy and process for a scalable new product development and implementation process for SanDisk internal factory
3. Manage new product capacity planning and scheduling (with IE/ MFG team). Ensure product ramp-up and on-time delivery.
4. Develop and implement product end of life processes.
5. Lead QBR process for new product quality/ productivity performances.
6. Work with R&D, MFG, Engineering team to develop and standardize process for new product

Requirements:

1. BS or MS Degree or above in Engineering or technical discipline with at least 5 years in management grade, total 10 yrs working experience in semiconductor assembly and testing related product development and deployment experiences.
2. Strong project management skills.
3. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
4. Demonstrated influence/ negotiation skills.
5. Must have good interpersonal, strong ability to work in a team environment.
6. Experience in global project management
7. Understand product life cycle
