职位描述
Responsibility:
1. The task of planning, conducting and documentation of water supply, drainage, fire system civil engineering and facility engineering in MCID, in accordance with the overall Master Plan and according to Chinese codes
2. Review investment budgets
3. Leader of the civil works activities with-in project management.
4. Management of the WWPT, VOC and thinner recycling equipment.
5. Assist section manager to handle the daily work in PR section.
6. Relevant approvals and permits from the authorities.
7. In corporation with all related employees regarding various PR tasks within MCID.
Requirement:
1. Min. 10 years’ experience with building codes & utilities.
2. Min. 4 years working experience in one or several of the following; construction company, LDI Company or civil consulting company.
3. Knowledge in facilities equipment maintenance.
4. Able to read 2D and 3D drawings, experience with Microsoft Office.& MS Projects
5. Strong communication skills
6. Excellent language skills in English both orally and in writing
