Job Duties:

? Contributes to the growth of Sub-Branch's business to maximize profitability and cross-sells other Group members’ product/services
? Builds an efficient operation with high-service standards and well-trained staff
? Safeguards the Bank from potential losses
? Implements the Group compliance policy locally
? Contributes to the good image of the Bank


Job Requirement:

? University graduate or above with 5+ years of financial services experience,preferably a corporate banking environment In-depth understanding of the banking industry to be acquired from at least 4 years of general banking experience
? Competence in credit analysis to be acquired from at least 3 years of experience in credit
? Managerial experience of at least 2 years
? Good communication, presentation and influencing skills
? Good command of written and spoken English

? 本科及以上学历, 5年以上工作经验，谙熟公司银行业务
? 对银行其他业务有较为全面的了解
? 具信贷和/或营销相关领域经验者优先
? 拥有相关人事管理经验，担任部门领导至少2年者优先考虑
? 出色的沟通和社交能力，英语口语和书面表达流利
