Accountability:
To manage APU consisting of about 20 people working in a 2 and 3 shift system and cooperating with all supporting functions (process, logistics, quality, procurement).
- To organize the production unit into APU committed to the given objectives and develop a spirit of quality and efficiency based on a strong involvement of employees.
- To support actively the actions and recommendations initialized by the Quality Department in order to reach the shared “zero defect” target.
- To support professional development of all employees in the APT to achieve multi-skilled and autonomous teams.
- To ensure positive work climate based on the Group’s values of mutual aid, respect and recognition bearing in mind the strong development of the Division.
- To constantly improve production process, ensure people involvement.
- To initiate corrective and preventive actions.
- To ensure safety.

Requirements:
Degree in Engineering
Native language: Chinese. Good English level
Experience in production in the high volume industry, Automotive industry is a plus (3 years minimum)
