ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Our client is a US company providing industrial equipment.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Foshan, China
Reporting to:
Production Manager
Travelling:
Occasionally
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Be responsible for production plan: material plan, Man and Hour plan
+ Supervise the team leader of the workers, manage the workers to meet the manufacturing schedule, and to meet the quality goal
+ Maintain working discipline and company culture
+ Ensure that safety standard is being followed accordingly
+ Improve manufacturing techniques, such as assembly, plating, welding
+ Generate manufacturing Jigs and manufacturing special tools
Requirements:
+ College or above of Mechanical Engineering
+ More than 5 years of working experience in production/manufacturing of capital equipment
+ Must with experience managing a large team of workers
+ Must have problem solving skills
+ Familiar with production techniques of welding, assembly and plating
+ Strong leadership ability and good coordination skill
+ Speak native Chinese Mandarin and fluent English
