PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Eaton Corporation, Electrical Group APAC's HR Shared Service Center has an opening for a Sr. HR Administrator in Shanghai, China. Providing HR administrative support on a day-to-day basis and contributing to the long-term development of HR Shared Service functions. Supporting the HR Specialists in providing a comprehensive HR service to HR clients, managers and staff within the organisation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Foster an environment that promotes Eaton’s goals, philosophies, and encourage continuous improvement through participation and teamwork.
2.Administer and manage employee file systems (electronic and paper) and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and legal compliance.
3. Facilitate end employment process including relevant HRMS entry, coordination with payroll, exit checklists for managers and employees.
4.Facilitate the on-boarding process for new employees/transfer
5.Maintain China HRSSC SharePoint
6.Create and communicate organizational metrics and org charts for stakeholders.
7.Manage service award
8.Be responsible for data integrity in HRMS.
9.Provide exit / income/Employment certifications
10.Provide HR Reports which can’t run by HRBP
11.Assists with HRSSC projects and programs as necessary
12.Backup payroll in case any emergency
13.Handle vendor management
14.Temporary and permanent living permission management
15. Execute time and absence administration (time management, leave forms, planned and unplanned absence, maternity leave).
