Job Responsibilities:
Main Purpose of the Job:
• A key role in Order to Cash Chain;
• Service Champion for one of Unilever’s key Customer.
Main Accountabilities:
1. Daily Order to Cash operation:
- Process key customer orders;
- Monitor key customer service level and highlight issues;
- Collect AR.
2. Customer related communication:
- Provide reports to Unilever internal and to key customer;
- Handle key customer inquiry and complaints.
3. Customer relationship management:
- Prepare Monthly/Quarterly meeting with key customer’ Supply Chain;
- Support line manager to deliver key customer Joint Business Plan projects.
4. Main contacts:
- Customer, KC team, CS team, Logistic team and 3PL, CD finance.

Job Requirements:
1. Working experience:
- 2 years working experience in customer service or logistic department;
- Working experience in FMCG industry or Multi-National companies preferred;
- Import/export agency experience preferred.
2. Education and language skills:
- Bachelor degree above, Language (Chinese-fluent, English-workable oral & written, Cantonese-preferred not mandatory);
- Computer (SAP-preferred, BPCS, Excel, PPT skill);
- Data Analysis
- Communication and Influencing skills;
- Problem Solving;
3. Personalities:
- Active and energetic;
- Real Accountability;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Team Alignment.
