职位描述
Responsibilities:
1) -Reporting: report on time and accurate information on actuals, Forecast, and other reports required by the corporation. Includes Customer P&L, US GAAP accounting.
l Actuals: report financial statements monthly, in line with corporate requirements. Includes full P&L, Balance Sheet and cash position. Ensure consistency between the local site General Ledger and Outlook soft. Ensure error free and timely financial reporting through the reporting tool.
l Forecast: report a monthly 12 months rolling forecast, including full P&L and balance sheet, with complete local management team involvement.
l Other reports: includes weekly information or specific requirement.
l Customer P&L: Our management system is based on a accurate split by customer and product. This is critical to enable correct business decisions.
l Communicate financial reports/ analysis to non-financial site leadership team to support business strategy in the site.
2) -Compliance: SOX, internal controls, compliance with governmental organizations, US GAAP;
l Ensure that all Flextronics Management System (FMS) Directives including corporate policies are enforced at the site
l Establish and maintain Accounting systems and internal controls which verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data, and enhance the Company's value, including complying with the requirements of the
-Sarbanes Oxley Act;
-Local GAAP and US GAAP;
l Ensure external compliance - Legal and Documentation related. Ensures that Tax laws are fully applied at the site. Acts as a liaison between the company, government and CPA auditors in providing the required information and ensuring that proper information is maintained for historical purposes. Work with outside auditors and annual audits.
l Manage the Cost control system in the site - Cost of running the business, Cost center management (monthly review, rolling forecast and reporting), Site expense approval process, as well as inventory control.
l Intercompany Compliance: intercompany balances must be confirmed and reconciled to avoid as possible discrepancies.
3) -Business support
l Analyze market practice to benchmark current systems and controls to verify systems and process integrity in order to enhance the Company's value
l Support the Segment organizations ( Finance and non Finance) as necessary, by participating in analysis, Contract Management - Providing Quote parameters, Service agreement reviews, Negotiation support, Quote reviews and approvals.
l Drive Lean projects and significant cost reductions within the site to improve profitability and reduce waste .?Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas and/or customers.
4) -Team management
l Lead the entire Finance staff management in the site including Finance staff selection, training, performance review, career development, and niche skill development (Segment specific) ). Each site controller and team members must know and follow ethical company rules.
5) -Financial management
l Coordinate and oversee the financial management aspects of the site - Treasury, Bank Accounts, Cash reporting and management, Financial and corporate guarantees, Currency and commodity exposure management and Insurance
l Manage credit exposure according to Customer Credit Exposure policy and ensure timely collection of AR
Requirements:
University graduate in accounting, finance and audit or equivalent.
Familiar with accounting, minimum 8 years relative experience, 5 years in managerial position.
Knowledge in local law and policy about accountant.
Experience in finance system implementation.
Leadership skills, problem solving skills, good communication skills, ability to work under pressure.
Fluent verbal & written English and Chinese.
