职位描述
Responsibilities
1. To implement strategies and plans and to ensure strategic business objectives are achieved.
2. To facilitate issues resolution or escalations to corporate, regional and front-line offices (FLO) and to ensure the closure of key issues and all audit findings are timely resolved.
3. To provide leadership and guidance to the assigned functions to achieve strategic business objectives.
4. To ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved for all regions.
5. To ensure compliance of Financial Accounting process & procedures per Group's Policy Operating Manuals.
6. To implement continuous improvement and standardization of processes across regions.
7. To drive cost reduction for the various functions to achieve overall cost effectiveness of the centre.
8. Drive excellence in operational delivery to achieve the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and other operational targets.
9. Be responsible to regional/corporate offices on improvement of performance levels through job specialization and implementation of continuous improvement program (CIP) initiatives for all functions.
10. Involve in monthly regional operation committee meetings.
11. Involve in internal and external audits to ensure all audit findings points are promptly resolved.
12. To ensure GSC processes and procedures are adhered to Group and regulatory standards and guidelines
13. To develop and implement industry's best practices for all assigned functions.
14. Undertake capacity planning and pursue new business opportunities to expand the shared service centre operation so as to achieve cost synergy.
15. To lead and actively groom high potential talents to meet current & future challenges of the business environment
16. To play a strategic role in corporate-driven ad-hoc projects (e.g. IT remodel and centralization projects)
Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or holder of a recognized professional qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA & etc) and minimum of 10 years of working experience including 5 years at managerial level. Understanding of BPO operations, quality and service levels.
2. Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, good team player who is dynamic and result-oriented.
3. Knowledge of Singapore, U.S. and International Accounting Standards and Principles and tax rules would be an advantage.
4. Working experience in a Global Finance Shared Service Center, Possess strong leadership skills, Articulate, Ability to supervise team in highly stress environment, Adaptable to changes, Team player and self starter.
