Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Manager in executing the Quality Assurance development programs and SOP
• Define quality measures in accordance with the market standards and client requirements
• Ensure the in-house test and procedures are executed properly
• Supervise the operators in carrying out checks, tests and measure products
• Assist in documenting and updating the control procedures
• Provide training and coaching to the operators and technicians
• Review the production data and prepare proposal on recommendations for continuous improvement
• Assist in handling customer complaints and internal investigations
• Perform random finished goods audits

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• 3-5 years related quality experience in automotive or electronic industry, work experience in foreign based in house manufacturing factory preferred
• Well trained in manufacturing quality engineering management, know in depth the methodology and tool
• Good knowledge of production flow/ processes and worldwide quality standards
• Familiar with quality control software and tools to analyze data
• Must be computer literate in MS Office
• Good written and oral English; strong in communicating in an international firm
• Good team player and highly supportive under pressure in a fast pace environment
• Result orientation, proactive, attention to detail, good execution with following up work habit
