Job Responsibilities

• Supporting QE Manager on the Metrology Room management
• Define measuring method for IQC, IPQC and OQC Design and follow up the status of testing fixtures and functional fixtures
• Support all measuring requirement from all department during the product development stage
• Manage QC in Metrology Room and arrange daily task
• Plan, organize and manage the overall activities of receiving and outgoing quality functions
• Assist Quality manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relative discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Process Validation and Process Capability
• Encourage team members’ creative input and sense of ownership by emphasizing the improvement in the decision making process and soliciting the input at different stages
• Excellent computer skills such as Windows, Office, Visio, Project Manager, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, good command in English and Mandarin
• Work independently and proactively
