RESPONSIBILITIES

Work/Residency Permit Process % of time and effort: 80%

1. Collect and update government procedures about work/residency permit application for expats

2. Facilitate the work/residency permit application process, and liaise with agents support for other markets like Indonesia, Shanghai etc.

3. Prepare related documents and submit application to government offices

4. Proactively provide suggestions on special cases to ensure the work/residency permit can be obtained in time

5. Reviewing agents performance and provide suggestions to continuously improve their service

6. Build good relationship with agents and government offices

7. Prepare payment request form in line with Company's accounting policy

Recruitment Support % of time and effort: 20%

8. Provide daily assistance for recruitment, such as candidates’ interview coordination and on boarding services

REQUIREMENTS

1. University graduate or equivalent above
2. 2 years or above working experience in work/residency permit related area
3. Proficient in English (oral, reading and writing) and computer skills.
4. Well organized
5. Good time management skills
6. Excellent interpersonal skill
