职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Serve as Business Partner for assigned functions by deeply understanding the talent and organization needs of the business functions and by utilizing HR approaches and processes to meet the needs of the business and the associates. Be the HR contact window for HR to serve PSS Asia Sourcing functions properly and promptly.
2. Serve as Employee Relations expert. Provide counsel to functional leaders/managers on employee relations issues such as poor job performance, counseling, discipline, attendance, ethics violations, etc. Investigate issues and address issues as appropriate based on a strong knowledge of employment law and employment best practices. Timely understand and provide feedback on associates’ needs to support functions improve associate engagement.
3. Serve as Recruiting Partner. Work with functional leaders/managers to identify openings, conduct exit interviews of departing associate if appropriate, develop job description for position to be placed, complete paperwork for any new/replaced position. Work with functional leaders/managers and Recruiting team to determine who should interview for the position, who should screen the candidate etc. and follow up on the progress of filling open positions.
4. Serve as Learning Partner. Work with PSS Asia Sourcing functions leaders/managers to identify and collect key training needs. And then timely provide feedback to Learning team on both training needs and training effectiveness. Support Learning team to prioritize needs, develop recommendations on approach, and execute program as appropriate.
5. Serve as Talent Partner. Work with functional leaders/managers to identify the performance and potential of the talent of their teams, work to develop existing talent, and retain high performers. Coordinate development projects and cross functional moves as needed.
6. Serve as OD Partner. Work with functional leaders/managers on their organizational structure and provide feedback and coaching to them on alternate or changed structures. Work with HR Managers to finalize plans. Take driver role for PSS Asia Sourcing functions in implementing HR processes such as the Engagement Survey, Goal Setting, and Performance Management.
7. Serve as Compensation Partner. Work with functional leaders/managers to determine compensation needs with merit increases, promotions, market adjustments, etc. Provide feedback to C&B on any associate C&B issues. Serve as initial point of contact for any associate C&B related questions.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, English, etc.
2. 3~5 year HR operational experiences in compensation & benefit, recruiting, or employee relationship function. Candidate with business partner experience is preferred.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
4. Independent work ability and should be a good team-player.
5. Detail oriented and has good sense of customer service.
6. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, to include Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel.
