Description of Responsibility (% of Time & Effort)
1. Understand the job qualification and people need from all functions. Recruit qualifies candidates via correct resume screening, arrange interviews, and conduct reference checks on selected candidates. (45%)
2. Resources and channels build up. To identify and evaluate existing and future channels as well as supporting recruitment plan to implement recruitment strategy. (35%)
3. To identify and enhance overall recruitment process effectiveness and efficiencies. Support HR team for building up recruitment system and set up SOP. (20%)
Minimum education requirement:
University graduate or equivalent above.
Relevant Experience and Minimum Years Required:
3 years or above working experience in HR
Proficient in English (oral, reading and writing) and computer skills.
