JOB FUNCTION / PURPOSE
Release orders and chase material back to support the production.
跟进订单的运作和原料返货以支持排产的需求


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Release orders to suppliers and maintain orders’ transaction
下订单并维持订单的运作

2. Follow up material on-time delivery to support running production
跟进原料的及时返货以支持排产的需求

3. Follow up with quality issue and improvement from suppliers
跟进物料的质量问题和厂商的质量改善

4. Negotiate with related departments to solve material issue in workshops
协调解决工场日常涉及物料的问题

5. Negotiate with vendor MOQ, shorten material lead time, follow up with vendor the material delivery accuracy.
与供应商谈判MOQ,缩短交货期,确保物料准时交货.

6. Optimize the inventory
优化库存

7. Support the Lean activities
支持精益的活动



REQUIRED JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
1. Be familiar with MRP or ERP system or Supply Chain Management
熟悉MRP和ERP系统或供应链系统

2. At least 1 year working experience in Material Control and Purchasing field
至少一年以上物料管理及采购相关工作经验

3.Good analytical mind and problem solving ability
良好的分析和问题解决能力

4.Good communication and negotiating skills
良好的沟通和协商技能

5. Good English skills in reading & writing is necessary, good at oral English is preferred.
英语读写能力熟练, 口语良好更佳.

6. Good computer skills
良好的电脑操作技能

Mattel (HK) Ltd. was originally established as a Hong Kong manufacturing operation, but in the mid 1980s transitioned to a Processing Trade relationship with the China Government, and now operates two plants in Guangdong Province China from its administrative headquarters in Shaukeiwan, Hong Kong. One in Chang An, Dongguan, and the other in Guanyao, Nanhai. The plants are both approximately 300,000 sq. ft in size, each employs 8,000 direct workers and run productions with Just-In-Time manufacturing of Fashion Dolls (Barbie) and other products.
