EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
*More than 10 years relative experience technically managing supplier Improvements
*Experience in Automotive Quality Management System
* Previous group leader/supervision experience required (2 years minimum, 5 desirable)
*4 years technical University Degree (preferably engineering or manufacturing) from an accredited university
*Experience of Continuous Improvement, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing
*Solid experience of TS16949
*Experience in plastics or chemical or electronics is required
*Experience in motors, actuators or cables would be preferred
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS:
*Internal: Purchasing, quality, engineering and production, etc of LPAG’s plants in Asia
*External*: Assigned LPAG Asian Supply Base; Customers (as needed)
*Include other Plants and/or divisions and contacts outside of LPAG.
TRAVEL FREQUENCY (Indicate percentage of travel required for this position):
50% (It may be flexible based on business request)
