Responsibilities:
- Responsible for office administration to maintain office daily smooth running and organize office in good condition.
- Stationery / Snacks purchasing and office equipments maintainance.
- Support some HR matters: Resumes screening, Training, On boarding etc.
- Support Office Manager for daily business: draft out relevant documents, company activity arrangement etc.
- Keep office all relevant documents & equipments in a systematic and efficient manner.
- Responsible for office ISO documents control.
- Responsible for payment bookkeeping and filing.
- Go to bank and government departments if needed.
- Other temporary jobs assigned by Office manager.
Qualifications:
- College Degree in relevant areas, e.g. Human Resource, English, Finance.
- 2+ years working experience related in Administration or Human Resource.
- Skillful to operate Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, Access even Photoshop.
- Ability to handle multi tasks and good attitude towards work.
- Things follow up and reporting works in time.
- Good English writing and reading.
- Detail oriented, Positive & Self-motivated, Good communication skills.
- Honest, Responsibility, Hardworking & can work under pressure.
- Finance knowledge is a plus.
- Preference in ISO or SA8000 knowledge.
