Key Responsibilities :
* Handle inquiries from oversea offices and source appropriate suppliers for bags and packaging items
* Close coordination with oversea offices on order follow up and ensure quality standard from sample to delivery stages
* Review artworks and develop new products is in high quality and fulfill safety standard, spotlight any potential problems and feedback solution
* Negoiate cost and delivery schedule to meet project deadlines
* Costing calculation and prepare quotation sheets, update those information in ERP system.

Requirements :
* College graduate or above
* 2-3 years relevant experience in printing and packaging industry
* Solid knowledge about various printing process including paper packaging, PP Box, EVA bag, Tin box, etc
* Familiar with Europen products requirments
* Detail minded and well-organized, capable to handle demanding orders
* Good spoken and written English (CET-4 or above)
* Hands on advance Microsoft Outlook, Excel and familiar with operation in ERP system is a plus
* Living in Dongguan and immediately available is preferred

* 与海外分公司处理包装及袋的客户订单及寻找合适的供货商进行生产

* 与海外分公司保持紧密的联系, 以便跟进订单的流程及质量是否合乎标准

* 审批图稿及确保产品是符合高质量及安全标准, 及时找出潜在问题及解决方法

* 控制成本及运送程序以确保在规划的限期内完成项目

* 计算成本及准备报价单, 定期更新数据于 ERP 计算机系统

岗位要求 :

* 大专或以上学历

* 至少两至三年的相关工作经验于印刷及包装行业

* 对不同印刷过程有丰富经验, 包括 paper packaging, PP Box, EVA bag, tin box

* 熟悉欧美市场产品要求

* 注重细节及良好的组织能力, 可在压力环境下工作

* 拥有良好的沟通及运用英语水平 (CET-4 or above)

* 熟练掌握 Microsoft Outlook, Excel 和相关的工作经验于ERP系统

* 住在东莞及可立即上班者可获优先考虑
