Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work closey with the Production Manager and Production QA/QC's to implement and monitor all of Timberland's key Initiatives.
• Follow established quality systems to ensure factories are compliant with quality requirements on every stage of engineering and manufacturing.
• Work with and Mentor more junior Production QA/QC personnel. Assist Production Manager is supervising and overseeing their daily routine and activity.
• Assist Production Manager in any area as required.
• Ensure factories are testing and checking data and following the TBL required standards accurately and correctly.
• Conduct daily audits of the Cutting, Stitching & Assembly lines using the TQS QC Working Papers.
• Examine the Quality reports provided by the factories to ensure that product quality meets TBL standards.
• Ensure all activities related to product specification and testing standards meet with TBL standards.
• Ensure all activities related to the approval of Production Standards comply with the Principles, Policies and Standards of The Timberland Quality System.
• Complete AQL final inspections on Purchase Orders as outlined in the Timberland Footwear Quality Assurance Manual.

Qualifications:

• University or college degree/diploma or higher.
• 5+ years of experience in footwear inspection.
• Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Good computer skills in Windows operating environment (Office, Word, Excel, etc.)
