Job Description:

1. To handle the shipment for individual consignees according to DLSOP requirement including to send the pre-shipping advice, pre-alert etc.

2. To contact and follow up shipment data with vendors, update ETMS data timely and keep relation office posted.

3. To provide brokerage and drayage service as well as other requirement to meet customer needs.

4. To handle incoming email, faxes, customers' inquiries and relay complaints to Supervisor.

5. To check performance data, such as pre-alert, container manifest and distribution of shipping documents to overseas in a timely manner.

6. To check and update the accounts' DLSOP and provide exceptional customer service to customer.

7. To allocate space with different carrier and make maximal profit.

8. To provide clear instruction and good transition to clerk for preparing shipping document.

9. To assist the Supervisor to prepare management reports, statistics figure and support Supervisor in carrying out business activities when required.

10. To liaise professionally with both local and overseas vendors, agents, warehouse whenever necessary for business operations.

11. Follow shipment according to Operational Procedure Standard.

12. To check consol doc prepare by doc clerk, ensure have 1Y and ETA receive.

13. To control and monitor vessel space and release bookings to customers in accordance with guidelines set out by either customers or the management.

14. To handle business arising from major customers according to procedures.

The Qualification:

1.University Degree or recognized professional qualification as university equivalent with Min 2 year's relevant experience Or College Graduate with minimum 3 years' relevant experience .

2.Good command of English.

3.To have good PC knowledge.
