工作职责：

1. 按照既定规则及流程，拟定和执行MRP；

2. 贯彻执行相关计划规则，保持工作一致性；

3. 配合需求规划团队做好销售预测；

4. 与总公司物流人员密切合作，沟通交货进展、货期调整和库存调配的工作;

5. 与产品开发部和采购部一起做好新产品投产前和投产时的相关工作;

6. 与采购部合作做好采购工作和货期跟进;

7. 监督OTB指标并确保符合要求。

任职要求：

1. 大专或以上学历，商业或相关专业为佳；

2. 有一到两年生产或物料计划经验，使用过ERP系统MRP模块（SAP系统优先）；

3. 熟练使用MS Office，特别是Excel及Outlook；

4. 良好的团队精神，细心，勤奋，独立，能在压力下工作；

5. 有客户服务精神，良好的沟通及协调能力；

6. 英语书面及口头表达能力良好，粤语听说流畅；

7. 有手表行业经验优先。

8. 中英文简历为佳。

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Review MRP based on defined planning rules and processes, with proposal and execution;
· Maintain and follow planning rules to ensure the consistency across the company;
· Close coordination with Demand Planning team in forecasting area;
· Close coordination with Global Intercompany Logistic Planners in the areas of PO delivery, inventory re-deployment and rescheduling;
· Work with New Product team and Purchasing team in the pre-alignment and alignment of new product launch;
· Collaborate with purchasing teams for their execution of external Purchase Orders and delivery follow-up;
· Monitor Open-To-Buy (OTB) to ensure we do not exceed OTB requirements.

Requirement

· College or above in commercial area, ideally associated with business statistics or planning;
· 1-2 years relevant experience in planning, MRP in ERP system (SAP preferred);
· Proficiency in MS Office, particular in excel and outlook;
· A good team player, detail-oriented, hardworking, independent and able to work under pressure;
· Customer oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Good command of English in both written and oral; Fluent Cantonese listening and speaking;
· Experience in watch industry is an advantage.
