Job Title: Fixed Asset Accountant

Report to: Cost Accountant

Responsibilities:

l Complete monthly depreciation run and ensure depreciation calculated accurately in accordance with PRC and US GAAPs requirements

l Perform monthly capital project costs settlement in SAP

l Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system accurately

l Monitor fixed asset acquisition and disposition transactions in compliance with corporate policies and guidelines

l Track company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and management authorizations

l Reconcile the balances of fixed assets register to summary-level accounts in General ledger for Finance Manager to review

l Prepare general ledger journal entries in the areas of fixed assets when required.

l Prepare various fixed assets related monthly and yearly reporting for Finance Manager to review

l Perform fixed assets physical counting

l Assist auditors in fixed assets related enquiries

l Relieve accounts payable on intercompany transactions processing and reconciliations.

l Perform ad hoc tasks when required
